Full 3D &2D Mold Design

The Engineers at Gofar work with cross functional team from tool shop, molding shop, quality and engineering. There will be a kickoff meeting to review customer requirements, special characteristics and history record  to optimize the mold design. CAE Moldflow analysis helps to optimize cooling, filling and gate design. We pay special attention to the mold construction, cooling channels and moving mechanisms to ensure the highest quality parts are delivered from  its mold at the minimum cycle. All molds are carefully designed to maximize its service mold life and to ease maintenance.

Every mold is designed in full 3D solids and be approved by Customer.
Every 2D component drawing is transferred from its 3D model.
The mold will be made exactly as same as the drawing.
